            On February 11, 2021, I placed an order with this business for a hair product and placed a deposit of $1500, half of the total cost. The expected delivery was within 6 months. On July 28, I asked Angie to cancel my order as there was no projected delivery date, and inquired about the deposit. July 30, Angie responded via email that she could refund half my deposit which I replied seemed fair and was acceptable to me. Despite several promises of mailing a check to me, I have yet to receive the $750.00. I understand that the owner has recently moved and also told me she had been in an auto accident but nevertheless stated she would send the check within a few days. I understand these may be difficult times for her and offered to take the refund in 2 installments if that would help. However, I have not received anything except promises. I hope that you can help us to resolve this. Thank you.
