    For years I have been spammed via mailings to my place of business. I have called no less than 10 times to get off the mailing list and have been either told that "I have been taken off the list" or "they cannot find me in the system. I get at least one mailing a month along with cards asking to buy my vehicle back. I have not owned this vehicle since 2016-2017. I have received multiple mailings since 2016 and called on 4/7/2022, 6/10/2020, 8/8/2022, 9/13/2022, 10/11/2022, 12/12/2022, 1/9/2023 and asked to be removed from the mailings. I have called many more times but this is just when I started documenting when I made contact. I have called and asked to speak to Wesley Taber Jr on multiple occasions but nobody will allow me to speak to him. I feel like this is harassment at this point and I just want it to stop. If this does not stop, legal action may be taken.

    Purchased a new Ioniq 6 in August of 2023. The car is awesome. No gripe there. There were 2 items on the car that the dealer needed to resolve. 1. Blemish in the paint on the hood. This (still) needs to be fixed so that a clear bra or wrap can be put on the front. 2. One of the wheels has serious rash around about half of the rim. This was on the lot this way. The dealer and shop guys and salesman all said, "yeah we'll get that fixed right up for ya".After multiple calls and attempts to make an appointment to get these items fixed, went to the dealer (it's a 40 min drive from us) to get it addressed in person. After hem-hawing they agreed to an appointment. A week goes by and we go to the appointment (40 min drive) and they inform us that the repair guy is "out" today. And then proceed to say that the wheel cannot be repaired and must be replaced (it's a fancy coated texture). And then insist that we pay half of the $900 replacement cost. I will be escalating this issue. But wanted to put the word out that if you deal with them, beware. Untrustworthy is now the word I use to associate with this dealership, and I will shout it from the rooftops.

    Hello and thank you for the opportunity to respond to this concern. We have been in contact with the customer and have reached an agreement that is satisfactory to both parties. We have currently undergone some management changes and during the process, this customer's issues were not properly attended to. We have rectified the situation and are handling all concerns. The customer would like the opportunity to remove this review but is unsure how to do so. Would you be willing to reach out to ******************** to assist him in doing so?
