Complaint: I used the recommened ****** company by E & B Automotive to get my car from home to their business. When the insurance company asked for an itemized invoice for the $55.00 charge, E & B Automotive directed insurance company to contact ******* ******. ******* ****** provided the invoice of $45.00 to the insurance company. So insurance company would only reimburse me for $45.00 not the $55.00 I was charged. When I approached E & B the next person said that was standard person said E & B was given a discounted rate. I feel the practice of pocketing $10.00 of a customer's money unethical.

Business Response: I apologize for the misunderstanding. I have been doing business with ****** ****** for 20 years. We do 2 to $3000.00 a year in ******. ****** ****** bills us on a monthly statement. We are allowed a discount, which comes to $45.00 for all in town ****** for our customers. My understanding from ****** ****** that they charge $55.00 for all in town ******. E & B Automotive set the $55.00 ****** for our customers based on this information. The invoice that was sent to ***** **** and given to customer, was E& Bs  invoice not the customers.
Once again I apologize for the mix up and have sent a check for $10.00 to ***** because ***** **** did not pay the full amount.
