    Heritage Chevrolet committed to provide repair for the truck I purchased, which had a check engine light on, when I took a test drive. I was promised that if I purchased the Ram 2500, since they were a Chevy dealer I could take it to a Dodge Ram dealer and have it repaired at their cost. Not only did Ken and Steven from finance promise that but Dulce from sales and the Owner himself, Parker Weese promised if I purchased the truck they would take care of any repairs associated with the check engine light. I have been trying for months to have them reimburse me for the initial amount of $150.00 and payment for the repair necessary which is associated with the check engine light. They have claimed it's under warranty but it is not. I called the warranty company and was told it is not covered and after going through numerous attempts to have them pay for the repair, they now are refusing to do so. I purchased this truck for $49,000.00 with a check engine light on, which means there was an issue to begin with, with the promise they would take care of any and all repairs associated with that because they didn't have the " proper equipment to assess what was going on with it", since they are a Chevy dealer. The repair is approximately $4,100.00, not including the $150.00 and $222.53 I have already paid out to try and repair and for diagnostic charges.

    On 3/7/23 I bought a 2017 ***** Equinox from this business. They told me it only came with a 3 Mo/3000 mile warranty after i declined the Extended Warranty. On 5/30/23 it would not start. Quite irritated, i called and explained what was wrong and asked what they were going to do about it considering i hadnt had it 3 months yet, nor had i even drivin it 1000 miles. **** some reason i was transfered to the service department, but thinking it was a manger of some sort). The kid on the phone kept telling me "They didnt have a mobile unit" so could do nothing about it nor could do anything to help ~ and YES, my head exploded! After realizing i was not talking to a manager, i demanded to talk to one. ****** then came on the phone and said she would come to look at it ~ and she and a man she came with jumped it. She then asked if i could bring it to the shop and theyd see what was wrong with it. When i got there she quite rudely demanded i apologize to the service kid i first talked to before they would look and see what the issue was, and i did so. She then informed me that they would look at it as a one time complimentary. Shocked, and knowing my head was about to explode again, i went outside while it was being looked at. About 30 minutes later, ****** informed me i needed a new battery and it would cost $410.00. Apparently, the warrenty didn't cover that issue. She also told me i caused the issue because i only had drivin it in town, therefore it went bad from me doing so (which is a LIE). I told her i would take my business elsewhere, and again went outside to wait for them to bring my vehicle that i just paid $16,000 for, had not had for 3 months, NOR drivin **** miles yet ~ because again ~ my head was about to explode. Not taking the hints that i was purposely not taking to anyone, and purposely going outside so as to not explode again...****** kept coming outside and making rude comments to me, and her last one was "Im glad you wont be returning for any services".
