Harold Milton Swan and his company Affordable Auto Body are nothing but Con Men. They Bounced a check to 3F Mobile and ruined my car with a horrible paint job. I am having to pay another company to re paint my car to fix his disaster of a paint job.

I brought my car here after taking it a couple other places and they were by far the most affordable quote I received as well as the soonest to schedule me in. They had my vehicle for three days which was a day earlier than quoted and upon receiving my vehicle I was given the opportunity too check the vehicle and make sure I was satisfied with what I was paying for. All of the staff from the office people all the way to the mechanics and techs were welcoming had great attitudes and were extremely knowledgeable when it came to answering any of the questions, comments, or concerns that were brought to their attention. I recommend this place if you are looking for dependable quoted wait times as well as honest hard working people who get the job done right all the while making sure you aren't left in the dark about what's being done and how much its costing you. The shops cleanliness as well as all around atmosphere was surprisingly upbeat and pleasant. I normally dread automotive repairs of any kind but not when it comes to Harold and his great company!

This place is so unprofessional and has a HUGE turn around of employees/management. We originally took my wife's car in for hail repair about a year the paint started fading. We called and they asked that we take the car back in. They kept the car for 3 months and changed locations without notifying us. They also changed management and had a car stolen off the lot during this time. The owner finally called my wife back after numerous left messages. We finally had to tell them that we needed the car back so they had another company paint it, but they still never finished the job. I have called several times and just get the run around. The owner is never there and his uncle has the business under his name. This company is HORRIBLE. You really need to stay away. The car is now fading and cracking again. This company is listed on here under at least 3 addresses with the same phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
