Complaint: The name of our business is ***** ****** Co. My wife is court appointed conservator for a Ms xxxx, we are selling her assets to raise funds for her care. One year ago this business cleaned out a storage locker belonging to our client. They sold part of her belongings at an auction on Memorial Day 2013. After repeated requests for payment of the auction proceeds this office received payment and a report July 26, 2013. There were many items left to sell and apparently these items have been sold over the course of the last year. I spoke with ***** at this business many times over the last year and was reassured they would be selling the rest of the items "soon" and sending a check and a report. The last time I spoke with ***** I gave her a deadline of March 25. That deadline has passed and no check, no report.

Desired Settlement: Provide a report of items sold and payment of proceeds.

Dear BBB,
After 5 months my complaint against Rocky Mountain Estate Brokers has been resolved. They finally sold the remaining contents of my clients storage locker and sent a check for the proceeds.
It is important to note the storage locker was emptied March of 2013 so it took a year and 5 months to complete the job after originally being told it would take “a few months”.
But, my complaint I filed with the BBB  has been resolved.
