BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|
|Neutral Review||3 points per review|
|Negative Review||1 point per review|
BBB letter grades represent the BBB's opinion of the business. The BBB grade is based on BBB file information about the business. In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: Next Step Design Solutions designed and maintains our website, rockymountain1.com. I called and left a message for *** at Next Step Design Solutions on Friday March 14, 2014 and Monday March 17, 2014. *** returned my call on March 17th at 1:49pm. When I answered the phone *** asked how she could help me. I said that I had a few questions about our website and she proceeded to tell me that she has nothing to do with Next Step Design Solutions anymore and that she sold the company over 2 years ago. I then asked her who she sold the company to so that I could contact the new owners for assistance. *** stated that she didn't know who she sold the business to and that it was to long ago for her to remember. I told her I thought it was odd that she couldn't remember who she sold her business to and that the Next Step Design Solutions website was still being advertised with her contact information. She said the new owners never updated the website. *** then proceeded to tell me that we moved our business from Next Step Design Solutions two years ago and that she has had nothing to do with our website for two years and couldn't help me. I find it very odd that I received two different stories in one conversation. On our website it plainly states that Next Step Design Solutions is maintaining our website. And if *** sold the company why does her voice mail still advertise for Next Step Design Solutions and why does her number show up on the caller ID as Next Step Design Solutions? She advertises for both Next Step Design Solutions and Next Step Law Design. According to the owner of ***** ******** **** ******, this is not the first time that *** has not been helpful. All I need to do is update our website and would like a little direction on how to do that whether it be through *** or the new owners if there are any.
Desired Settlement: I would like some direction on how to update our website whether it be through *** or the new owners if there are any.
This company has not been a client of mine since April 18th, 2011 - upon which they chose to transfer their domain and hosting from our company.
I spent 2 hours looking through computers and the emails to find the information regarding the transfer.
