5/30/2014 I have a friend that owns a timeshare at Grand Timber Lodge. He told me about a 2 night stay for $99 as long as I take the tour. I thought that was a fair deal. I booked it for my birthday weekend, June 20th 2014. My wife works at a hospital and has to work weekends from time to time. Unfortunately she has to work on that weekend. I called the place on May 29th 2014 to reschedule and was told that I could not reschedule because I'm within 30 days of my reservation, YES......30 DAYS, and instead of the $99 they would now bill my for the full retail price of the room, if I don't show up. How can I show up? They have no compassion and I will report them wherever I can. Thanks for nothing, Grand Timber Lodge.
