            We purchased Mountain Mist's top-of-the-line hot tub (Radiance 8L) and had it installed January of 2023. I noticed warping of the outer shell skirt panel, causing an unsightly opening on 25% of the exterior of the hot tub that exposed the inner mechanics to environmental damage and potentially rodents. This is covered by warranty per the purchasing agreement. I reported this to Mountain Mist, **** specifically, on 9/24/2023. I have called numerous times and emailed multiple times per month since the original request to complete the warranty. The answer is always the same, and has been since September: "the skirt panel will be shipped on the next truck." This has not happened. There is no ETA ever given. This appears to be breach of contract, though Mountain Mist will argue that they intend to fulfill their obligation. However, after 6 months of me having to repeatedly badger them for answers and no concrete plan from them to do so, their intention to breach or inability to fulfill a warranty is clear.
