Complaint: i had a 400 o clock appt iowa time they failed to call me at the schedualed appt time. the person that was to call me at that time was ***** ******. i had a 4:00 pm appt. with ***** ****** to go thrue the online aplication to attend the college. he failed to keep the appt. he did not call me at all.the appt was scheduled for 05-30-2013. they did not honer this schedualed appt time for 4:00 pm iowa time.
Desired Settlement: im asking that they honer a schedualed appt time and also that this complaint be put on their permenent record
Business Response: Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2013/06/12) */ We have spoken to the admissions representative regarding the consumer's missed appointment. The admissions representative had spoken to the consumer previously on 5/29/2013 regarding his admission into WyoTech. During the initial conversation, the admissions representative and the consumer scheduled an interview appointment for the following day on 5/30/2013. On the day of the scheduled appointment, the admission representative's prior appointment ran over into the consumer's scheduled appointment time due to technical difficulties with the phone and computer system. Once the appointment prior to the consumer finished, the admissions representative immediately placed a call to the consumer, at which time there was no answer. We always try to respect and follow the scheduled appointment times which are set for all incoming students. Unfortunately there are times when matters can arise which are out of our control, such as technical difficulties. We do our best to make up the missed time to the perspective students and apologize for any inconvenience which it may have caused. Excellent customer service is our goal.
