Rod at Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain Service is an excellent example of how things are supposed to be! I called him late on a Friday for what I thought would be a simple and easy kitchen sink blockage issue to be resolved I was prepared to wait until the next week for an available timeslot. *** told me he would be at my house at 8:30 on Saturday. My issue ended up being a bit more complex, but he had the experience and tools to get the job done. Rod provided a high value, with superb customer ********************** on short notice and resolved my issue quickly. I highly recommend Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain Service.

I called on a Saturday morning because water was pouring out under my dishwasher and through the sub flooring into my basement. In a panic I shut off all the water to the house. Rod patiently talked me through shutting off the valve on the line leading to just the dishwasher, (which I didn’t know about). He waited on the line until I located the valve, though he was not obligated to help me with an appliance problem. Then he graciously took another panicked call when the valve would not completely shut off the line to the dishwasher and began to also leak water under the kitchen sink. Someone was out that afternoon to replace the valve so I could turn the water back on to the house. Rod and Carissa went out of their way to be kind and helpful. They saved my weekend from total disaster. I very much appreciate their great service!

Did a great job, replaced our 10 yr old hot water heater

I called Rod on the weekend to let him know that I had a water main line leak. He showed up the same day to check it out. Within 2 days the job was completed. This involved excavation, horizontal boring and full line replacement. This is the second time I have used his company for this type of repair/replacement. His team is always professional, and leave the job site like new. Don’t call anyone else.

These Guys are great!! We had a very bad issue at one of our properties, we got quotes from 5 different places. Not only where they the lowest but they also had the shortest lead time and by far the best warranty. Everyone there worked with us and helped us understand each step. Cannot recommend them enough, glad we found them! We will be using them for all our properties moving forward!

Rod and his team made it to our house just a couple hours after we called - on a Saturday! I was doing some repairs on our home when I cut straight through a pipe and water was spewing EVERYWHERE. It was a nightmare. Having no knowledge regarding anything plumbing I was semi-frantic. Rod was able to talk me through turning the water off completely through the house over the phone before any more unnecessary damage was caused. When he arrived with his helper they were extremely informative and relatable. I had him look at our water heater (which was very old and on it’s last leg) and in a matter of hours I not only had my pipe repaired, but also had a brand new water heater installed. He had the new unit on his truck already and gave me a great price on the installation. I felt extremely blessed to have found him online and we are grateful that he took care of us yesterday. They really went above and beyond what we expected. We found our new plumber! Look forward to working with NoCo Plumbing and Drain next time we have a need!!

I am so grateful to this company. Rod and Phil came out on a Sunday to save me when water was pouring all over the floor. Communication - excellent. They kept me informed of when they would be arriving and answered every call and text I made. Interaction - they didn't speak down to me or "mansplain" anything! They were very so thorough in helping me understand the issue and my options. Clean - they took their shoes off! They brought in their own rags and were so helpful in cleaning up the disaster that was my kitchen. Polite - so friendly and kind. Petting my dogs and everything! This was actually the first time I called a plumber, and I don't see myself calling anyone else!

This company is very professional and fairly priced. When I had issues with my garbage disposal the young man that came to replace it was very helpful and nice. He took the time and was very careful with removing and installing my new one. I would call this company again in a heart beat if I have other issues in the future!

Rod has a GREAT team working for him!!! Brandon and Joe installed my beautiful new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal yesterday! These guys were FRIENDLY, AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONAL, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, WORKED TOGETHER AS A TEAM, and ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!!! Brandon and Joe, thank you both again so much!!!! We used Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain for two shower projects -- one a tub/shower and one a shower stall. Their high quality work included removing and installing a new tub; installing a new sink faucet; installing mixing valves and fixtures; removing existing tile and shower pan; framing and tiling both showers. Art was the plumber (setting the drain, installing mixing valves, sink faucet, and shower head fixtures). John C******* did the demo, framing, durarock, tiling, and grouting. I can't say enough about how happy we are with these projects! These guys were on time and worked efficiently and conscientiously. John is a master craftsman when it comes to setting the tile to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. He was helpful in making the initial decisions about tile choice. He works very hard and does the job right. You can trust that he's going to do what he promises. Art was very efficient and effective with the plumbing components of this job. I would use these guys again without hesitation for any future projects.
