Complaint: I had ordered for delivery of 2 medium pizzas to my house. my daughter took a bite of one of the pepparoni and sausage pieces and bit into a piece of glass of very hard plastic in the pizza and it wedged into the top of her mouth and was bleeding quite extremely. I had to take her to the emergency room at childrens hospital and she was examened. That same day after leaving the hospital i went into the dominos and talked with ****** who called manager ***** on the phone. ****** advised to me he thinks he knows what it was as the piece i provided matched the containers they used to keep the toppings in and said they just threw a few containers out for being broke or defective. they refunded the charge on my cc but i am definitly not ok with that. my daughter could have swallowed this and been very seriously injured internally!! this needs addressed asap! as i have already presented this to a lawyer and have contacted **** ***** news also I did chose the correct location of 9592 Federal Blvd. Federal Heights Co. as this is the location that delivers to my address and it advises me it is being forwarded to the info below:(you made my complaint invalid last one I tried due to this and I have no control over your system)NoticeYour complaint information will be transferred to the BBB serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming for handling. Business Response: DFL Pizza, LLC dba Domino's Pizza is concerned with the nature of this customer complaint and has responded with established procedures:  1. The foreign object was collected and has been sent to the Domino's Quality Assurance Lab for analysis.  2. The customer was issued a refund for the meal charges.  3. A representative from the liability insurance carrier has attempted to contact this customer to investigate and resolve the claim, but is waiting for the customer to call back.  4. A DFL Pizza, LLC Customer Service Representative has contacted the customer personally express concern, and follow-up on the resolution process.

I am rejecting this response because: this issue has not been resolved yet and I am not satisfied yet to call this completed or resolved. as this is still pending. The notes of what actions were taken is correct but it has not been resolved yet.

Business Response: Upon review of this complaint, the liability representative for DFL Pizza LLC, dba Domino's Pizza, has reached the complainant who has been asked to produce documents and additional information.  This case is appropriately in the investigative stage and will proceed to the resolution stage based on receipt of information.

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this response is satisfactory to me. However still unresolved.
