Business Response: DFL Pizza, LLC dba Domino's Pizza is concerned with the nature of this customer complaint and has responded with established procedures: 1. The foreign object was collected and has been sent to the Domino's Quality Assurance Lab for analysis. 2. The customer was issued a refund for the meal charges. 3. A representative from the liability insurance carrier has attempted to contact this customer to investigate and resolve the claim, but is waiting for the customer to call back. 4. A DFL Pizza, LLC Customer Service Representative has contacted the customer personally express concern, and follow-up on the resolution process.
Business Response: Upon review of this complaint, the liability representative for DFL Pizza LLC, dba Domino's Pizza, has reached the complainant who has been asked to produce documents and additional information. This case is appropriately in the investigative stage and will proceed to the resolution stage based on receipt of information.
