Loveland Housing Authority in Loveland, Co has this problem with over charging my lease contract which is called Section 8 Existing Addendum. There is a contract total amount rent, tenant portion of rent, housing assistance(HAP) and Tenant utility allowance. Therefore, if your income increases, decreases or lost a job you fill out this Interim form in each occasion of incident. You can’t help it if you loss a client in the Health Care industry. Hours changes at times. There’s this page called 58-family rent summary part and your main section 8 existing addendum they send in the mailbox. On the family rent summary there this section net family income which includes your gross income based on pay rate and total hours for the year. The dollar for the year is always wrong and the tenants amount is not accurate because they have been teaming up with my property manager at Ashley Estates Donna Marksbury- Property manager adding additional fees to my rent portion. Over charging me, and not allowing me to move from this property in Loveland. I’ve had so many issues with overcharging me, they also have some people watch me at the gym, track my cellphone and call my jobs looking for information. This has been nothing but problems since I’ve moved here in Loveland Co for almost six years now. I work very hard, made money and reported my income every time, Given them all my salary wages, hours, plus they can print out a wage statement each month from the work program portal. That part isn’t a issue however they allowed my family to call them and make up lies and rumors to evict me, cause stress upon me. It’s wrong to take more out of my income, leaving me to work overtime to make up the rent portion. It’s called getting over and slaving me out of my hard earned money and saving. I reported my savings and work to pay my bill, rent and utilities etc. Now, their trying to take money out of my savings because my hours decreased and lost two clients on the job. Looking for more hour as usual. Greedy coordinator and this needs to be addressed immediately. Two parties working together on a black female. Harassing me and stressing me badly. Never seen this before and it’s getting worse been living in this place for almost six years. Address this or take it to court with a lawyer. When I set up a meeting with them or asked for the manager nothing gets resolved.
