Not sure why this hotel has a A+ rating, I travel all the time, and this is the worst experience I had with a hotel . They're so unorganized, they never answer calls, or also we sat in the lobby for over 45 minutes to check in, who knows what they were doing, smoking or whatever. I checked into this hotel May 7 , checked out May 8. The guy Adam is a very rude person, he also lies. My hotel room was never cleaned which I realized next morning. I went to take a shower, there was no hot water, my towels all of them were dirty. One had a red stain which was more likely blood. I decided to check the sheets. I never sleep under the sheets for this reason, I worked in many hotels for like 10 years of my life. The sheets looked like they never been washed. Stains, and black marks, looks like they were slept in and the covers pulled up. Adam did admit he helped cleaned the room and he never cleaned very good. I went and told the front what I found out. He stated that he would refund me one night. I paid with cash 172.00 he preceded to tell me that he would refund me the one nite. I haven't seen no refund, he took my card and everything. I finally got through to someone today, Brian apparently another manager. He states they don't refund because of fraud. Why would it be fraud and it has my name on the card. so this place totally gave me the run around, thinking I would forget what happened. I don't let things go until something is resolved. I also had a worst experience up in fargo, the manager sent me out a gift certificate for two nites with no issues. I live in minnesota, I am 12 hours from cheyenne, wy This place is so run down it stinks. My heater also went off and on every 10 minutes. I would suggest this would be the last resort if you ever want to stay here. Its a disgusting place. Also I had kids above me and they were up past 1am and nothing was done, running around above me.
