            I called Airwaves to come out to put heat into our lower bathroom. It was fix duct to heat run in July, 2023. I paid $725 on July 25. The first time it got cold and we turned the heat on in October 13, 2023, most of the job fell down, held together by duct tape. There were no attachments such as screws to hold it in position. I called soon after. The repair job was first scheduled on November 8, 2023 by the company to fix duct to heat run. There was no show. Three more times were scheduled for Matt to come in. One was in November, and two in December. There were no shows, or even a text. As of January 29, 2024 I have not heard from Airwaves and the job has not been fixed and completed. I heard that Airwaves was supposed to have a permit from before he did the job. I didn't receive a copy of one from Airwaves in Loveland, CO. I want this job corrected and completed.

            The ****-character limit here on BBB is too low for me to be able to tell even half my story. But in short, I spent all day Saturday (in July) in the attic where AirWaves installed an A/C system. They left openings that allowed mice to find their way in, and boy did they ever. The misplacement of "feet" under the unit caused water to drain the wrong way and flood the drywall ceiling. I found other serious problems with the electrical connections that would have eventually created short circuits. I like the owner and did my best to be understanding about the many issues that came before, but all goodwill is now used up. I called AirWaves, and was promised the owner would call me back quickly, about 44 hours ago, and have heard nothing. As I wait, I'm writing and posting reviews for AirWaves.
