WHEN I MADE A PAYMENT I ASKED HIS WIFE FOR A PRINT OUT ON WHAT I'M PAYING FOR SHE TOLD ME THEY GIVE THAT OUT WHEN THE JOB IS PAID IN FULL. I TOLD THEM I NEVER BEEN TO A BUSINESS THAT DON'T GIVE AN ITEMIZE REPAIR STATEMENT WHEN ASKED FOR ONE . **** WAS SUPPOSE TO DO A TUNE UP ON MY CAR ,OIL CHANGE ,AND "NEW PLUGS WHICH I GAVE HIM" AND WIRES HE QOTED ME 120 PLUS LABOR . COME TO FIND OUT HE LIED I WAS TWO QUARTS LOW MY OIL WAS NOT CHANGED THE FILTER WAS DIRTY I HAVE THE WIRES AND PLUGS AND FILTER NOR DID I GET A TUNE UP THE WIRES ARE THE OLD ONES SO IS THE PLUGS I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE TUNE . AND OIL CHANGE. I'M NOT REALLY SURE WHAT I WAS PAYING ON I FEEL I SHOULD GET AT LEAST HALF OF MY MONEY BACK OR THE MONEY FOR THE TUNE UP AND OIL CHANGE WHICH HE DID NOT DO . MY BROTHER ***** WENT TO **** TO GET HIS TRUCK FIXED THEY AGREED ON PAYMENTS AS WELL MY BROTHER STARTED TO PAY HIM BEFORE HE GOT THE TRUCK FOR ABOUT THREE MONTHS FINALLY MY BROTHERS TRUCK WAS TAKEN TO WYOMING GEAR AND SET THERE FOR A MONTH TILL FINALLY **** THE OWNER TOLD MY BROTHER THE ENGINE WAS SHOT AND HE WOULD LOOK FOR HIM SOMETHING . **** OWNER GOT RID OF TRUCK MY BROTHER STILL HAS TITLE **** THE OWNER SAID HE GOT$230.00 OUT OF IT THE NEXT TIME HE TOLD MY BROTHER HE ONLY GOT $40.00 AND REFUSE TO TELL MY BROTHER WHERE GOT RID OF IT OR PRODUCE A RECEIPT TO HIM . MY BROTHER TOLD HIM BECAUSE I STILL OWE **** THE ONWER MONEY TO TAKE THAT AS PAID IN FULL AND ASKED FOR A FIANLLE BILL **** THE OWNER REFUSE TO GIVE HIM ONE .I CALLED AND ASKED FOR A FINALLE BILL AND GAVE THEM MY ADDRESS WHERE TO SEND IT ON THEIR VOICE MESSAGE I HAVE NOT RECIEVE ONE YET. MY NEICE **** TOOK HER CAR TO GET IT FIXED WE THROUGHT SHE PAID HIM $600.00 CASH MONEY THREE DAYS LATER HER CALL STOP RUNNING SHE HAD TO BUY ANOTHER CAR . BECAUSE WE WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH SOME ONE WHO WE THROUGHT WAS TRUE TO HIS WORD WE ALL TOOK MY BROTHER LOST ATRUCK AND $130.00 DOLLARS CASH , MY NEICE HAD BUY A DIFFERENT CAR AND MYSELF HAD TO GET OIL CHANGE AND TUNE UP ON MY CAR I WOULD OF BLOWING UP MY CAR IF I WOULDN'T OF KEPT ASKING ABOUT MY LIGHT TO OIL CHANGE SOON CAME ON ALL THE TIME THE GUY CHECKED THE OIL AND SAID I WAS TWO QUARTS LOW AND THAT I NEEDED A OIL CHANGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Desired Settlement: I THINK MYSELF ,MY BROTHER, MY NEICE SHOULD GET AT LEAST HALF THE MONEY WE PAID TO WYOMING GEAR FOR UNFINISH WORK , FOR **** THE OWNER SELLING MY BROTHERS TRUCK AND LYING ABOUT WHAT HE GOT FOR IT MY NEICE TO PAY ALL THAT CASH SHE DIDN'T REALLY HAVE TO HAVE HER CAR BREAK DOWN THREE DAYS LATER AND FOR ME ALMOST BURNING MY CAR UP BECAUSE I BELIEVE HIM WHEN HE TOLD ME HE DID WHAT HE SAID . I HATE TO SEE HIM CLOSE DOWN ,BUT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENED HIM TO ANYONE INFACT I WOULD TELL THEM WHAT HE DONE TO ME ,NEICE AND BROTHER . WE THROUGHT HE WAS LEGIT ON HIS SERVICE AND FOUND OUT HE WASN'T
Business Response: when i originally worked on ******* car, i quoted her 690.00 for the work stated in her complaint. I did every bit of work that i quoted her. She told me she would pick up her car later that day and had the money to pay for it. When she came to pick up her vehicle she only had 150.00 dollars. I was forced to make arrangements for the rest of her bill. She did make a few payments and paid it down to 265.00. Then i did not here from her for over a month. All work that i quoted her was done to her car. the week before thios complaint was filed , her brother and herself called me to do some work on their vehicles and i refused for obvious reasons. She was very short with me on the phone and i ended the conversation. as far as her "niece" goes, i have never met her./ As far as her brother goes, my deal with him on his truck was this, his motor was bad,m he told me to send it for scrap,even brought me the title to do it, and in return i would try and find him an inexpensive car he could make payments to me on. i let him know about 3 different cars, and he had NO MONEY to make a payment all three times. I had to pay to have the truck removed from my lot and was left with 40 dollars after everything. I honestly believe my company has done nothing wrong in this matter. thank you
Business Response: i have several customers i can have make statements to back up my statements. they were here when ****** was to pick uip her car originally. she showed up with 150.00 and i was forced to make arrangements. my customers are ready to give there statements. as far as her brother goes. that is self explanatory. I do remember her cousin and her cadillac now. that car needed so much mmore work than she had money to fix it with and stated to me that she was going to sell it because she could not afford the work. i have customers that were witnesses to that particular situation too. they are williung to give statemenmts also. ****** you are being dishonest and you know it. i have well over 7 difeferent people that were here when you were, and at least 3 that were witnesses to your brother and my deal.i am sorry you are unhappy with wyoming gear, i truly am. but lying about the situation will not make it better. several people that have no ties to my shop heard and saw what happened the day you picked up your car. this is not the way it went down and i have proof. come down to the shop[ and we can talk about it like adult human beings. the BBB rating i have means alot to my company and i will do what i can , short of sacrificing the integrity of my shop, to help make it right. you must tell the truth to the BBB first., thank you. please contact me ******.
