11/1/2013 Have 3 teeth crumbling in mouth and wanted them pulled. ** ******* said they could be saved but it was up to me. I agreed to have 2 worked on and one pulled based on condition of tooth and financial considerations. Dentist refused extraction - said it was unethical. Wasted 2 visits and nothing was done - but was charged for cleaning that wasn't performed. Still have the pain and now I have to find another dentist to perform extraction - what a big waste of my time and loss of wages!

Comment from the Business We did NOT charge for a cleaning because it was not done. His statement is incorrect. The teeth he wanted extracted are very savable and are important teeth for chewing. It would not have been in his best dental interest to have them removed, as this could lead to a number of other issues down the road. Our job is to treat our patients ethically, and doing what he wanted was not a good option. He was given other options to keep cost down that would have saved his teeth, but instead he opted not to have treatment done today. by on 11/1/2013
