BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating Overview
BBB Customer Reviews Rating represents the customers opinions of the business. The Customer Review Rating is based on the number of positive, neutral and negative customer reviews posted that are calculated to produce a score.
|Customer Review Experience||Value|
|Positive Review||5 points per review|

In some cases, a business' grade may be lowered if the BBB does not have sufficient information about the business despite BBB requests for that information from the business.
BBB Letter Grade Scale
Star Rating scale
BBB Customer Review Rating plus BBB Rating is not a guarantee of a business' reliability or performance, and BBB recommends that consumers consider a business' BBB Rating and Customer Review Rating in addition to all other available information about the business. If the BBB Rating is NR then only Customer Reviews are used for the Star Rating.

Complaint: On December 18, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation at 7:30 a.m. I picked my car up at 12:30 p.m. Donna, the receptionist, stated they had "had a mishap" with my car. She proceeded to tell me that the mechanic got distracted and forgot to tighten the lugnuts on one of the wheels and that is "jacked up". I asked her what that means and she said it was nothing they just wanted to let me know and send me on my way. I paid and went out to my car and got it in it. The inside of the car smelled very strongly of burnt rubber. I went back in to ask them about it and they told me not to worry about it, they were sure it was the smell of oil burning off the engine. I took my car home and noticed that the wheel cover is cracked. I went back to H&R and told them about my wheel cover being cracked. Donna, the receptionist, asked the mechanic which wheel it was and the mechanic said he "couldn't remember". They stated they would replace my wheel cover and I went home. When I got out I noticed damage to the passenger side fender, which included paint chips, cracked wheel cover, and the fender was crimped up where it landed on the edges of the tire. I took pictures with my cell phone and turned the claim into my insurance company. Larry, the owner, called me and was yelling at me saying that he would do nothing for me now that I turned it into the insurance. He not only acted completely unprofessional with the way he was speaking to me, but will not even try to make the situation right. He is denying claim.
Desired Settlement: For them to pay the deductible for the damage they caused my car by not tightening the lugnuts.

On 12-18-15 ***** brought her 08 Nissan Altima into our shop for an oil change and tire rotation. When done servicing it, while my tech was backing it out, he realized that he had not torqued down the lug nuts because the wheel kicked out slightly on the lug bolts. Even though we saw no damage to lugs or bolts, we replaced them just in case. When ***** picked up her vehicle, I explained to her what happened, and that we effected the repairs at no charge to her and documented it as such. We walked out to the vehicle and looked at the wheel in question.
