Complaint: I brought my 2013 ***** ***** ** in for a alignment on 2/18/2016 because the vehicle was pulling to the left when I picked the vehicle up later on that day it was still pulling to the left thought it was something else wrong took it to ***** and the gentleman at ***** put the car on his alignment machine and saw the alignment was not done right so they fixed it with no problem I called gem auto services and told them and they refuse to give me my money back and said I should have brought it back to them

Desired Settlement: I would like my money back since the job was not done right the first time

I am rejecting this response because: as seen in the picture I am attaching the top print out is gem auto service alignment and the bottom is the alignment ***** did as you can see there is quiet a few of red boxes which are incorrect in the top diagram ***** drove it after there alignment with windy weather as well and it never pulled to the left like it was when I asked gem auto to do the alignment

In regard to complaint #********, Gem Auto stands by the original response concerning alignment on the 2012 ***** *****.

The alignment was performed on a **** **** ********** *** ** which has performed over 6000 alignments. Attached once again is a printout of the alignment showing the car was within the required specifications.

Customer was informed if the car had any handling issues to bring car back for any further adjustments due to extreme wind conditions which will affect the way a car handles. Customer never contacted Gem Auto for further consultation.

Gem Auto has been performing alignment services for over 40 years for the public and well over half of the other repair shops in Laramie. ASE certified owner and shop manager have over 42 years of combined experience performing alignments at the facility.

Gem Auto has an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and has always attempted to resolve any issues if given the opportunity by the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: it should have done right the first time can't blame the wind for everything and I called and tried at least getting some of my money back and it was nope nothing we can do all you can do is bring it back in which there's no point because ***** did it right and they have a brand new machine which was calibrated the day before by a specialist ***** from ***** also said if there is any problems anyone can call and talk with him about it
