I have never had such a HORRIBLE experience. I took my car in to get the service light checked out. The next day they called me with a quote and I authorized the purchase of the parts that were needed and they told me it would take approx. 2 weeks to get it fixed. I didn't hear a peep for those 2 weeks so I called to get an update. They claimed that the parts were backordered, nothing had been fixed on my car, they didn't have any record of the previous quote, and that the total was actually 5 TIMES more than what I had been told before. Then, when I had a male family member talk to them and question the quote, they claimed they made a "clerical error" and were miraculously able to drop almost $7000 off of it. By this time I had absolutely no trust in them so we told them I would pick it up without any work having been done on it. My front seat floor had parts spewed all over when I picked up my car. Apparently since I wasn't willing to pay my bouncing ball of a quote I didn't deserve to have my car put back exactly how they found it. If you're thinking about taking your car to get serviced here, do yourself a favor, and just don't.
