10/22/2013 Extremely poor customer service. Mechanics very condescending to women. Had an insurance claim in May of 2013. In the beginning of October of 2013, went to have brakes replaced, and was told by the mechanic that there was still damage under the car! Hudson not very accommodating. Will take it to another repair shop for corrective repairs.
This customer had a NEGATIVE experience with this business.
This customer WOULD NOT recommend the business to a friend, family member, neighbor or colleague.

10/20/2013 Made a Saturday 9am appointment for a Cadillac recall issue 2 weeks in advance. We live over an hour away. We assumed that they would start working on the car at 9am or shortly thereafter. They didn't get to it until after lunch and we FINALLY got it back close to 5pm. Upon complaining at 3pm, we were promised a rental car by the GM and they said they would deliver our car when it was done. Rental car never arrived. I assume they didn't even make arrangements to get one. Reason for the delay: "We are a little backed up. We are like a doctors office...we work you in." I've never had to sit 8 hours waiting on a doctor. This could have been resolved by telling us at noon that they are backed up and let us make another appointment; we would have been ok with that. Instead they kept lying to us: "Just a few more minutes." Hudson, you lost a customer today and it didn't have to happen. Maybe you need to brush up on your customer services skills.
