3/31/2015 I called them on Friday to come out and fix my water heater I set up an appointment for Tuesday they said someone would be out between 9-11 am and it's 12 and still haven't seen anyone yet bad custom service .. If you say between 9-11 you should be out here between then very ****** off and this isn't the first time this has happened

4/25/2014 Questionable ethics: After a routine furnace and a/c tune up and inspection the technician "found" a multitude of very serious problems on our 7 year old Carrier systems. I was told that just to repair the bare necessities would be about $4000 and this was just to keep the units functional and avoid various catastrophic scenarios. Fortunately, I had the good sense to get a second opinion from IMS who had done the original installation. They came out and did a similar inspection and found some routine wear and tear, but all in all the systems were in good shape and there were just a couple things that actually needed to be done. They fixed the problems for $330 total. Clearly I felt that they were trying to sell unnecessary parts and service. I would not recommend their business.
