I contacted Over the Top to replace siding on 3 dormers with LP Smart Siding. On Sept 12, 2023, Ben ** came out and eventuality supplied a bid on 9/28. I then accepted the bid, but was then told the bid was based on inaccurate information by somebody on their end. Ben said he would get back to me with the corrections that he was investigating. (I think I knew more about the siding and colors available than Ben. Also, I was able to answer the questions in a matter of 15 min. and some phone calls.) It is now over a month without a valid bid. It seems like they changed their minds about doing this job, but were not professional enough to say so. Not sure what else it could be. I will move on.Review from Helen N

This business values customer service. Ben was the only sales person to arrive at our home for the quote to arrive on time. There were a number of options in gutters, downspouts, color and guards. Each option was explained thoroughly and any questions we had were answered. Examples of each of the above was provided. The color we picked matched our current soffits to a tee. Which is amazing as the house was built in 1994. The office staff was not only courteous (thanks Caitlyn) but friendly. Once we hired them and signed the quote, we were always kept abreast of the timing of our installation. Of course, the 10 days of constant rain didn't help them. We were originally told installation would be scheduled by the end of October, which we thought was fast compared to other quotes we received. To our surprise, even with the rain they were installing everything by mid-October. This was a very good business team to work with and we would recommend them to everyone.

this is a terrific company and I would highly recommend! My previous roofer laid shingles incorrectly on a portion of my lower roof resulting in major ceiling leak. It took multiple attempts by OTR to figure it out, but they stuck with it - the storms we had 8/7-8/8 - kitchen & NEW ceiling are completely dry! THANK YOU RICK & TEAM!
