The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

On June 12, 2021 at approximately 12:15 pm. I was driving with my family in my 2020 Dodge Durango R/T on ******************* in *************, ** My kids attend **** which is located on *******************. My son is part of 4H we have to feed the lamb daily. On our way to the farm we have yo pass the Michels Construction Company work crew. They were digging out rocks and when I drive by one of those rocks hit my windshield. I heard the rock hit the windshield. My whole family heard it. I scanned the windshield and noticed a small little indent and from there that grew to a one inch crack, the crack continued to grow until it was completely across the drivers side and the passenger side. I contacted the **************** and they denied my claim. If you go down *******************, you will see for yourself the entire area is a hazard. I am simply asking them to reimburse me what I had to pay to fix my windshield, which wouldnt have happened if they were not careless.

Do not trust this company. This company will damage your property and not take any responsibility. Carlos ******* hit my vehicle with one of their vehicles and accepted blame at the scene. After the fact their risk specialist Paul ***** refused to call me to discuss the incident. The only form of communication I received from Paul was a letter saying they will not accept responsibility. After multiple calls and emails after receiving the refusal letter Paul finally called to tell me my side of the story does not matter and he will be reporting it as a “he said, she said”. This company will damage your property and do whatever they can to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. This company cannot be trusted to look out for clients over themselves. Risk Specialist Paul and driver Carlos are both not trustworthy so beware if you ever get assigned them. Carlos has a Class A so they are lying to avoid punishment regarding that class A.
