Ive had horrible experiences in this store. The owner has been known to hold high demand product in order to pick and choose who she sells to, and has been seen taking product from hands of customers because she decided they did not fit her criteria of who she likes to sell to. Customers who spend a considerable amount of money in her store are allowed access to products she insists to other customers she does not have. I have witnessed this myself on multiple occasions, and have been told they have never received a product as they sell it to someone else right in front of me. On Tuesday, August 17, I was nearly trampled in this store because the owner and employees did not know how to handle a crowd properly. They had a high demand product, and a line outside, and instead of limiting product and amount of people inside the store at a time, they allowed everyone to run in at once from both entrances. I was not here for a riot, and because I did not want to push back or hurt anyone, I ended up being pushed around in the crowd not knowing what to do. The employees working that day were very young, and there were families with children attending. My friend who came along had to help pull me out from the group. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this business is being ran, and when we attempted to contact someone higher up, they hung up on us immediately at the mention of this locations owner. This is a reoccurring issue of which many people have experienced, and its simply an unsafe environment.
