            I ordered a high end collectible helmet. When it arrived the shipping package was fully intact and in good condition. Upon opening the shipping package I found that a large area of the corner of the product packaging had been crushed and ripped open. After notifying customer service and sending them pictures of the damage they informed me that they don't consider the packaging to be part of the product and saw no issue with sending me damaged goods. I explained that if it were minor dents and dings from warehouse shelf wear I would've shrugged it off but this was significant damage. BBTS customer service reiterated that they saw no issue with this. I am very disappointed with the response from BBTS and were I them I would be embarrassed to have sent products with this much damage.

            Don't bother unless you are a influencer! I have ordered or should I say attempted to order multiple items from BigBadToy store. Even recently I gave them yet another shot. I ordered a set of Marvel Legends, months after they were supposed to be released, I found them at Game Stop. So, I called their customer service number to check the status of my order and they still couldn't give me a shipping date. So, I just canceled it. Exact same thing happened with single releases of Marvel Legends and GI Joe classified finding things I "Pre ordered" at Target, Walmart or Game Stop months later on one occasion in the clearance isle it had been out so long. Most recently I pre ordered the Veteran William Werewolf action figure when it was announced. Never received it and ended up ordering it from Amazon and getting it in 3 days. Unless you are a influencer don't waste your time or money.
