Laacke & Joys is a Specialty Outdoor Sports Retailer with 3 Retail stores, 2 of which cater to sports such as Alpine & Nordic Ski,
Snowboarding, Canoeing, and Kayaking. We also carry Patio Furniture year round at our Brookfield location.  Our 3rd store is a western wear store called Hall Saddlery, catering to the Equestrian sport.

LJ Design & Manufacturing Division is an ISO compliant manufacturer of custom sewn products for OEMs, industrial and medical applications, municipalities, schools/universities, construction and military.

Our Retail Stores Return Policy:

We’re proud of the high quality products we sell.  We hope you will be equally proud and totally satisfied with everything you purchase at Laacke &
Joys.  If for any reason your purchase does not meet or exceed your expectations, simply return the item, in like-new condition, within 30
days.  Your receipt is essential.  Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, this 30 day limit is crucial.

This policy applies to all regularly priced and regularly stocked merchandise.  Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days.  Purchases of clearance items will be considered final.  Holiday returns will be accepted prior to January 11.
