The Better Business Bureau has received numerous inquiries from consumers who report receiving letters from this company which appear to be bills for $87 from the U.S. government for a copy of their property deed. Despite the fact that it may look official, it is not a bill nor is it from the U.S. government. The Wisconsin addresses used by the company are rented boxes within UPS stores. Likely, the mail sent to these boxes is forwarded out of state. Consumers can obtain a copy of their property deed by contacting their local County Clerk’s office or Register of Deed’s office, for a nominal fee.
