If you are trying to find a contractor to put shingles on your home, I encourage you to have Evansen Builders to be included in the companies you contact. Evansen recently put new shingles on our home and we are extremely satisfied with the results. The workers arrived about 7:00am and took steps to protect the planting beds on all 4 sides of the house. They had the old shingles removed in approximately 2 hours and completed installing the new shingles in the late afternoon. I was pleased the installers used harnesses as a safety measure on the steep sloped roof. They were very careful in cleaning up after the work was completed. I was surprised and impressed that they used a magnetic device on the drive, planting beds and lawn near the house to pick up any nails or metal that resulted with the removal of the old shingles. We felt the price for the work was reasonable and competitive. Doug, the owner, is professional, personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Evansen to anyone planning to put new shingles on their home.Review from Thomas L.

We need a new roof and contacted several contractors based and angi reviews as well as neighbor references. Doug was the last roofer we contacted and was very responsive. He did a great job of explaining our options, his roofing products and process. His pricing was competitive. We have a 1600 sq ft ranch house with a 2.5 car attached garage, hip roof. Yesterday the team arrive early and they finished the job by mid afternoon. What an awesome crew. I would highly recommend that you talk to Doug if you need a new roof or siding.

My experience with Evansen Builders was great. The house I bought had its roof replaced by Evansen Builders and I could tell from the original inspection it was a good installation. After a few years I did have a roof leak, so I reached out to the owner, Doug, and he reassured me he would look into the issue. In a timely manner his team was able to address the problem and it felt reassuring to know Evansen Builders stands behind their work and truly cares about their customers. Throughout the process I felt in good hands with Doug and his team led by Earl. Both Doug and Earl are very knowledgeable in roofing and siding. If you are looking for a best-in-class company that understands the latest industry standards and one that stands behind their work, Evansen Builders is a good choice to consider for your project. They do great work and I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors. Thank you, Doug and Earl, for all your support and ensuring your projects meet the highest quality standards.

Hi ********* Thank you for the review. Although the roof was fine the step flashing behind the siding adjacent to the roof was found to be deficient. To correct this meant removal of the siding at the wall for access not only to replace the step flashing but to wrap the wall area several feet high with ice water shield. Even though that is beyond industry standards Evansen Builders knows how frustrating it can be for owners to deal with water infiltration and we will always work to solve issues if they ever come up with our customers [ or in your case a secondary owner as you were not the original purchaser]I truly feel that siding wall interface is better than it ever was by a large margin even when the house was originally built!Thank you again for acknowledging our efforts!Review from Marjorie S

**** Evansen of Evansen Builders, LLC made a special trip on a holiday weekend and went above and beyond to give us an estimate on a rubber roof repair/replacement. He is professional, very knowledgeable and honest. Would highly recommend him for any home improvement project. ******** S and ***** P
