I custom ordered a boat through Eckland Motorsports and it was one problem after another. I submitted my order in early September for a February delivery. When calling to check on status in late January, I was told the order was never submitted. I finally received my boat late March but they were still waiting on my trolling motor that I ordered. Another week went by, I was then told they didn’t have the right wiring and it would be another week. Finally, I picked up my boat in mid April and it was missing the pin for my trolling motor . They fixed that and took the boat home only to find I was missing the heading sensor. I returned again to have them install heading sensor. Then found out while fishing that they didn’t run the proper batteries series for the trolling motor so I needed to returned again. While they tried to fix it, they fried my battery posts right in front me. They replaced and fixed the series. Then once that got home and was preparing for another fishing trip, I found they had given my a cheaper model of my fish finder that wasn’t even compatible with my ulterra trolling motor one network. I had to return again to return the one wrong and get the correct one . The average mile round trip for me each time is 150 miles. Times that by 4 and then the cost of gas being $4.00 a gallon and absolutely no compensation from them. Why me?!?!
