The words *** used were so racist and homophobic I can not even repeat the trash but it clearly shows who she and he are. Offered us to trade for another parcel but only HOA stuff we were clear we wanted rural no HOA. *anted us to come stay in a cabin free and said we would get to meet **** ? *e declined and wanted our ***** back. **** refused to put it back on the Credit Card of purchase. Claimed to be traveling via ***, so once the ****** was back in his name a check would be drawn on a Bank from ****** ? *e said no way. Then came the utterly nasty letter from *** who started in at where we were probably born, trash from some trailer park in ****** ** she went on to our likely queerness, and race. I saved it as well as ***** recent rant attack laced with racial slurs threats and out right violent challenges, and how he just wants to spit in my face. All of this from a guy who claimed to be traveling. I wrote him to share my dream of getting a GOFUNDME going to pay a real investigator to expose his lies and scams and stop his stealing. This guy is a total mental case. He purchased a property 3 years ago and a few months ago he wrote stating he had not had time to visit the property as he was afraid to take his car off paved roads. I offered to let him swap to a paved road access property but explained it would cost more. He then came unglued and started flipping out. I then offered him a refund as he was getting creepy. He asked for 3 days to think about it then replied and wanted more than he paid.I told him that will not work and he became enraged. He continued to hound me with calls and emails so I called the police and reported him. he went silent for awhile but resurfaced yesterday. I have been selling land for 25 years and of course I meet a few off characters over time. This guy was the king of all nut jobs.I run a tight ship and anyone reading his BBB comlaint can see this guy is not all there.
