              SO-O-O DISAPPOINTED!! Buyers beware! Owner Paula is only out for “the sale”. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!! Wish I would have read all the other negative reviews before I went to this store. (Including Yelp's non-transparent 2nd page of "Unrecommended Reviews".) Would’ve been warned that this place is high-priced and does not work with insurance. Sadly, owner doesn’t work with the customers either. I picked up my glasses on the Thursday before their Saturday-only Spring Sale; 40% off lenses. I asked the sales associate that helped me if they would consider extending the sale to me, since it was only 2 days away. The associate indicated he wasn’t sure how, but assured me they would work with me. I met with the owner on “Sale Saturday”. She wouldn’t work with me AT ALL toward my purchase. I had to buy a second pair of glasses to get ANY discount. She made no attempt to keep me as a satisfied customer, and even got nasty. This place is a “one and done” for me. Wish I had never walked into this store! Would like to erase the whole experience - but to top this all off, they don’t do refunds either!!!
