The worse moving company ever!! I called to arrange to move from Hartford Wi to pleasant prairie Wi 81 miles away. I was concerned if they had a truck big enough to transport all my stuff! They reassured me they did! I called several times to make sure they told me they did. Moving day comes they come with a 24 ft truck . I had 33 pieces of furniture n over 150 boxes n bins . They had to make 2 trips n charged me for both it took them 15 hrs to move me 81 miles and cost 2,804.18 I hired 3 men. The worst thing is they scratched , dented the majority of my furniture. The owner Chris said they were old marks BS !!! My furniture was in pristine condition, I had pics of all my furniture. Chris questioned me and seemed upset because I took pics. He still said they didn’t damage furniture?? Pic don’t lie you can see no marks on my furniture!! I had expensive furniture!! I also just bought a new chest freezer had it for 4 days when delivered I checked it all over . After move the bottom back grill and bottom of freezer was all bent! After seeing my bedroom set what they did to it I cried I paid top dollar for very good heavy furniture. I found the shelve to my expensive heavy entertainment center on the floor in my garage! Marked up . The only stuff they didn’t damage was furniture that had glass because they covered it. They didn’t even go according to their contract. To pay 60cent on a lb. I contacted them the next day complaining, later he told me we normally don’t pay after time has gone by. I reminded him I called the very next day . He came out to see still insisting they were old marks because he said furniture was dark BS because some of the furniture was dark wood underneath!! He said he could use markers to fix . That does nothing for deep scratches and dents ! Then as I was washing n waxing my furniture especially the tops which I didn’t see I contacted him. He told me I keep coming up with new stuff I took pics. I had before n after pics !! And sent to him !
