    Hired last Yr. 2021 to begin May 1, '22 & 1-2 wks to complete. Did not start til June 6, totally pd in full 100% & cashed on July 15...work still not completed. Never attempts to fix/resolve problems that his *** either created, caused or has never performed. ***'s has caused/created overwhelming H2O erosion problems that have broken down complete areas of new patio bricks, stones walls, caused washout, & numerous weeds. Plus has not completed or provided proper new lawn prep work so that majority of entire lawn is either devoid of any grass growth, very patchy or just the old original weeds; then an occasional comb-over of new grass that is not fooling anyone. He has repeatedly left project is full disarray citing several pieces equipment on other jobs, workers not told to bring brooms, shovels, *****, proper amount of right kind of cultivated soil, grass seed, bedding matter, stones, etc---that we have spent 160+ hrs cleaning up after. Aug 1 owner met with us, after we again called him after him not showing up on 3 separate dates of No calls and No shows on July 29, 30, 31. *** promised he would have completed all remaining erosion work, *************** areas resolved, weeding, applied soil, new grass seed all by Aug 15...which did not occur. He sends under age ********** paid employee on Aug. 3rd for < 1 hr, called them to hurry them even faster & did not do as we had agreed or even attempt resolution at the biggest problems. We did call the cash paid 57 yr old employee as this is all documented on our home security as The owner, *** always says to tell the workers if they are not performing the job responsibility correctly. The 57 yr old, again, said he had to do only what *** says. We told him to clean up all the debris (which they did NOT) and to have *** call us. That was 13 days ago. ***'s son does ZERO on job site but damages items as he goofs around, also recorded, repeatedly. Does *** intend to return promptly & finish Fully Paid Job or Not?

    As we approached Fall this year in Sept I called this business with the intent to renew our snow removal contract for this coming winter 2022-2023, as Buchanan's had been handling our snow removal service for last Winter 2021-2022 and since it was September & I had not heard from them I called them directly. There was no answer so I left a message. After a few days no one had returned my call again, no answer, left another message. After another few days had passed I tried contacting them a 3rd time & this time the wife of the owner answered & after i told her who I was and that I wanted to set up a new contract for service. Her reply was, "Oh, we canceled you"!!!? I was flabbergasted as this was the first time I had heard this. I asked if they were planning on letting us know and she said, "You'll have to talk to my husband". I left my name & phone number and asked to have him call me as soon as possible but of course he never responded. I wish I could take this person to court or at least run him out of business. How nice of them. How can they do business like this? It's unfair & unscrupulous. I hope ** **** ** ****.
