              On May 18th my wife, *************************, called ********************* of ********** Insurance Association to cancel her car and our home insurance policy through Germantown Mutual. It was to be cancelled and the end of service would be May 31st, 2023 and Homesite by Progressive would be our new providers. In December of 2023 we received a letter to renew our policy with Germantown Mutual. It had appeared that even though her car insurance was cancelled, they did not cancel the home insurance. For 7 months we had both insurances on our home. We contacted both ********** and Germantown mutual, and both denied refunding our money for the 7 months after cancelation date.

              Promised to pay car dealership for a diagnostic had me pick up my car and said theyd mail a check instead . I was stranded with a 8 day old newborn and an 8 year old. When I called the manager wouldnt speak to me on the phone. Later admitted they wouldnt cover my full coverage policy because they wouldnt be able to collect from the uninsured motorist that hit me. Absolute frauds.
