Pannier Home Improvement LLC warrants all materials purchased by Pannier Home Improvement, and all labor for a period of one (1) year from the final date of installation.  Your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of any defective materials or labor.  Materials will be replaced one (1) time without charge during the warranty period.  Pannier Home Improvement LLC makes no additional warranties with respect to the materials or services sold hereunder.  Any implied warranty of merchantability, or any implied warranty that the materials or services are fit for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.  Pannier Home Improvement LLC will have no liability under this warranty unless you provide us with written notice of defect.  All warranties are void unless invoice is paid in full by the client.
