    I had my furnace replaced by this company. At about 3:00 on a Friday the "technician" tells me I have a gas leak and I have to call a plumber to come take care of the leak because he doesn't have the connector to fix the leak. So he leaves and I am left with a gas leak. I know this is not correct and this should have been done by the "technician". I have a friend that is a plumber who came out 3 days later to fix the problem. When I contacted this company and told them what I had to do to finish what they did not do, I was told that I needed to contact the gas company and have them come out and make sure there is no leak and that I just can't have a friend fix the problem. Well I guess if their employee did his job this would not be an issue. Going back and forth with them for a month, I called the gas company and they don't come out unless there is a gas leak. When I contacted them to let them know this they told me they know that. Well then why did you tell me I had to contact them to come and check if there was a leak? So a month later this company calls the gas company tells them there is a gas leak and because I was at work the gas company shut off my gas. I come home to a house with no heat and the temp is at 56 degrees. I call the gas company to find out what was going on and they told me the contractor called them and told them there was a leak. I let them know there was no leak and they sent someone out to get the gas back on and light my pilots. Even the gas company said that the "technician" should have never left me with a gas leak. For all this trouble this company decided they would take $100 off my bill, really with all this trouble that is it. Stay away from this company.

    ***************,As we both know this is very unfair and very much not how it played out. Our emails alone will define that. The unit was installed and finishing up around 1:30pm when our technician showed you with a certified gas sniffer, that gas was present. While he was unable to fine point where the leak was; the recommendation was to call WE Energgies (whom is a third party provider for the state) to locate the leak and a plumber to assist if needed. You chose to call your friend whom could not provide an invoice, (we needed proof that the repair was complete to credit anything) becasue he did it on the side three days later. It became apparent what this was about. I told you multiple times, I needed a form stating this repair was completed by a certified plumbing company (liability). I also informed you, we were happy pay for the invoice, while issueing a credit. It was your choice to drag this out for a month. Each of our emails will display that also. I have appologized for any frustration, but if WE Energies would have been called while the technician was on site; I believe there would have not been any issues. I have offered multiple times to call me and go through your frustrations, but you chose to pick apart the emails and find new ways to complain about a problem you some what created. Please feel free to contact us to go over anything. Thank you
