I needed to have my furnace fixed as it went out and the code on it read for the ignitor. I called J & B heating they came out and said they were able to get it running but would need a part. They got the part and came out and tried to fix it. apparently what they fixed wasn't the issue. they tried to tell me I needed a new furnace and my furnace is only about 8 years old. So then they said they could fix it but it would be an all day and expensive fix. They did it and it still didn't work. So then they again tried to sell me a new furnace. I called ****** myself and they said that from the code it should have just been an ignitor. Then they tried to tell me I needed another part and they would get back to me . In the meantime I called another heating company to get another opinion. They said it didn't need the parts they put in and some of it wasn't even in right. J & B never called me back to finish the job I had to call them. They finally came out and fixed what was not done correctly. Each time they left my house they also left a mess around the furnace. Very unhappy with this business that I trusted."
