Absolutely will make my own arrangements in the future. I ordered a "premium" arrangment. I was charged for a premium arrangement but received a standard size. I contacted the customer service, they explained a local florist fulfills the orders and that they would get into contact with them and follow up with me. They followed up a couple of days later and said the florists said they made it correctly. The tribute store then offered 25 dollars refunded back to me. I said I appreciated that but would like someone else to explain to me why I recieved a standard size but paid for a premium. Why pay for the premium if it doesn't mean that it comes with more flowers/ larger vase or something... I sent them a photo of what I received compared to the standard size and if anything I recieved a SMALLER arrangment than standard. My email went unanswered. I recieved the 25 dollar credit but that was hardly the point. The order was well over a hundred dollars and I was disappointed. I ordered it for an employee who had lost his twin brother, a decorated veteran.... will never use this service again.
