      DO NOT hire. Extremely poor service and worse customer service. We have been dealing with their horrible work for approximately three years. In 2018 we hired Paul Davis due to water damage. Our bathroom needed to be completely repaired. We had to ask, multiple times, for workers to come back and fix their work - the shower continuously leaked, the peeling paint on the ceiling, the globs of caulk in the corner of the shower, the peeling caulk on the vanity, paint splatter on the floor, growing mold in the shower. We have been dealing with Paul Davis since 2018 and finally had to repair the shower ourselves because the mold became unbearable and the peeling paint has spread across the entire ceiling. We filed a complaint with BBB and consumer protection. When one of their workers came out, his response to my complaint was, "we didn't come in here and sprinkle magic mold dust everywhere." It was condescending. Cannot stress enough, do not hire.

      April of 2021 a car hit the front of our home, leaving one bedroom partially open. Our home owners insurance recommended Paul Davis and we needed it patched ASAP, so we went with their recommendation. They arrived quickly and put up temporary walls to close off the open area. We walked through the damage with them and they were very friendly and relatable. They put together a quote and we decided to just go with them for the repairs, since they were recommended by our insurance company and a friend. The job was supposed to take a few months, finishing around June 2021. Right away after signing the contract there were issues. It was weeks before they started working on anything and when they did the communication was atrocious. They would tell us someone was coming and they never showed. They would tell us someone was coming at a certain time and they’d be here hours later. Many times sub-contractors would show up and have absolutely no idea why they were there. We would have to show them the room and tell them to call Paul Davis about what they were supposed to be doing. We also had to ask multiple times for things to be done that should have been done without us asking, such as re-hanging closet doors etc. The window in this room was also damaged and they ordered a new one to replace it. After waiting 8+ weeks, it finally came. They installed it and when we went to look at it, it was the wrong window. We wanted the same window that was in there originally. So they re-ordered the right window. We waited another 8+ weeks and when we went to look at the installation of the window, the inside paneling was broken/slanted. We are now waiting on another window and I haven’t heard back from Paul Davis in months. The outside siding isn’t finished and the window still needs to be replaced, but I don’t know if it will ever be done. It’s now almost June of 2022 so more than one year after the accident. Luckily for me I haven’t paid our final balance and wont until the work is
