            I contracted with Milwaukee Fence to replace a post that was leaning on an original fence they put in for me many years ago. ***** the estimator came to my house on July 12th for the estimate and explained that post would need to be replaced and possibly panels on either side of the post. If panels needed to be replaced it would be completed within 2-3 days weather permitting. Down payment of $400.00 for work was placed and Milwaukee Fence informed me that they would not be sending a receipt for this. Was alerted on Wednesday Sept. 1st 2021 that they would arrive to replace post on Thursday Sept. 2nd. Was called by Milwaukee Fence on Thursday afternoon that they replaced post and would need to also replace the two panels. Was never informed when they would be back to replace panels. Called that Thursday afternoon at 4:50 pm and left a message asking when panels would be replaced. Informed by Milwaukee Fence yesterday that they would not be out until next week to replace panels.

            I have been making payments on my balance and they(Milwaukee Fence Inc) sent the bill to collection!!! And every time I called it went to voicemail and they never returned my calls!!!! I have all of my receipts of payment sent to them!!! Even after they sent it to collection, they haven’t sent those payments back to me!!!
