Submitted contract for work, start 2nd week January, complete 3rd week January.1/4/22, Provide down payment of $7425.00 to ***** to begin work.1/4/22 to 1/7/22, Ideal Fencing spent ~16 hours on property, installed 19 fence posts. Company has not been on property since ~1/7/22.1/10/22 to 1/11/22 Communication with Ideal Fencing regarding timeline to complete. Owner, *****, said his team would work to finish by end of the week.1/12/22 to Present, We have attempted to contact Ideal Fencing and Owner, *****, 9 separate dates. No response or attempts to return our contact. We received no communication from Ideal Fencing or ***** regarding lacking material, labor availability, or any reason to delay work, unexpected or planned. Based on history of this company and previous complaints, this appears to be a continued pattern of previous frauds to other customers.I would like to be refunded balance of deposit; continued service from this company is unacceptable.
