    I recommended this place to my sister in law, who in turn, drove down from the U.P. to get her dentures replaced. The experience started off great! Staff was nice to us, honest, and helpful. UNTIL she got fitted for her mold. She is extremely shy, and as soon as we walked out the door, she told me she didn't really like the way they looked on her. She was really trying to like them! So I took a picture of her smile and sent it to her daughter and the first thing she said is that they look weird. So I turned around and ran back in before they started her teeth to let them know how she felt. The receptionist asked me to wait just a minute so she could run back and cease the production of the teeth that we literally just walked out the door and confirmed were okay. I told her that she doesn't really like them and her daughter thinks they look weird. I waited about 5 minutes and the guy who originally sat down with us and took all the information, prior to us sitting down with the dentist, came into the office, and said to me, word for word, the mold has already been started. And frankly, a ****** picture sent to some third party who gives an opinion really ****** us off! The lobby was full of clients. He said it loud enough for me to hear and he was about 6 ft away from me. I looked at him in astonishment that he would, as a professional, respond in that way. I told him I don't think that that was inappropriate response and up until that point we had a great experience, and I walked out the door. When we came back to pick the teeth up, she needed them because she had lost hers, there was no apology, they acted as if nothing had happened. It turns out, that she is fine with the teeth now and has gotten used to them. For this employee, the appropriate customer service response would have been, I am sorry. The teeth are already in production. I would have accepted and understood that. There was no reason to use profanity and to be so incredibly unprofessionally rude!
