              New front door- The window of the installed door is significantly more narrow than the digital image of the product provided by Waunakee Remodel. The digital image does show 9 dividers, but our salesman confirmed that the overall size of the window doesn't change the dividing to 6 before we made the purchase. After the instal I discussed the difference with our ****************************, and he agreed that the windows didn't match and mentioned a possible discount. ****** shared our information with his manager, *****, but he refused to offer any sort of discount. Instead he offered to install a door with a bigger window but with internal grids for an additional cost of $1,018.00. We do not want the internal grids, they don't match our windows, nor should we have to pay more money for a bigger window. We did pay the final ****, out of concern of being charged interest. In talking to our lawyer, we should have waited to pay until the matter of the window was settled. Instal- November 2, 2021 Cost- $4295

              In February, 2024 Damon ** And Antne ** installed windows and a patio door for us. The grass was dug up and muddy from the snow plow in the area next to where they had to park and from which they had to work. I had to ask for more drop cloths for the carpeted rooms and stairway. When asked, however, Damon retrieved more drop cloths and covered the areas. Overall, their workmanship seems very good to which I truly appreciate.
