With the abrupt change in weather this week, our new Mendota fireplace gas insert is looking forward to providing the warmth and ambience promised. Installation of the unit was completed on time and went smoothly. We appreciated Brad and Cody who did the work. Their friendliness, respectfulness, knowledge and skills, and respect for our property were greatly appreciated. They worked well together, explained what they were doing, asked for our input when it would make a difference and responded to our questions. They showed up when promised and left everything neat and tidy at day’s end. And finally, their belief in their company was a positive for us.Review from Greg B.

Horrible customer service. We had our fireplace Installed a month ago..parts came broken and it is now a month later and we still cannot use our fireplace and waiting for parts. Horrible communication. Would never recommend.

Hi ******************,We are disappointed to see a 1 star review and try our very best to stay closely in touch with our customers every step of the way. As Im sure you are aware, supplies in general have been severely limited and on backorder due to COVID. While we are doing everything that we can to take care of all of our customers in a timely manner, things do sometimes happen outside of our control like the broken parts you mentioned.This particular vendor is usually fantastic to work with. However, in this case we have received a broken part from them on 3 separate occasions. Since this part is also backordered, it makes the situation even more precarious and we know that is frustrating. We will always do everything in our power to get the right parts in a timely manner and keep you informed along the way.We will continue to check in with you every few days as we know you feel a bit stuck and at the mercy of the vendor too. We promise that this is not how we want to do business and we know our vendor doesnt either. Thanks for hanging in there with us and we will let you know as soon as we have the part in hand. Please feel free to call us back with any additional questions and we will continue to do what we can to make the best of this situation.Sincerely,****** BergOwner
