I came to welks to get work done on his SUV, i trusted them to do the work in a timely, fair and honest manner. I ran into one disappointment after another. First, even when you make an appointment you have to leave your car there all day to get diagnosed. Then parts did not come in when promised resulting in the inconvenience of having to return after being told it would be completed that day. Once work had been completed the system reset for the check engine light was never done so the light is still on (which is the whole reason we brought the car in). On top of all that the next day i found a car part that was left on his car! That was the last straw. I dont know if it was an old part that was removed and just left there, a new part that might have never been installed, or someone elses part all together. I will never know because im not going back. The most disappointing part is when i brought all of this to the owners attention his attitude was so flippant. He said there was nothing more he could do for me and i could take it somewhere else.. if wanted instead of trying to make things right. Mind you previously he had said that if the check engine light came on it would be on him. Well, apparently not. It is also the last time I refer anyone to this place. I usually dont take the time to write reviews unless I feel strongly about an experience, but in this case, i felt it needed to be shared.
