            Date: July 1 2021 Amount Paid: $187.50 Brought daughter car in around January. When we brought it there we gave list of things things to fix. Picked up the car thinking that everything was fixed. They claimed they didn't have time/forgot to do it. Ended up taking it back twice until everything was fixed. Had them put 2 new tires and shocks on we asked them to do an aliment right away (since it should be done after these things). Months later we noticed cords were sticking out of the 2 tires. Called and was told he doesn't do warranty work had to wait for his boss on vacation. I called and was told he had no time, his partner had a headache and was busy but he did reassure me an aliment was done and in the green zone after they put the tires on. Talked to boss and he said aliment was never done. We shouldn't be charged for something that was never completed when we were assured it was and told them to do it. We were charged for 2 new tires. Company didn't resolve but make us pay.
