Dealership lies almost every step of the process. Guaranteeing equity and the end of leasing, saying they submit deals to Chrysler Capital but never sending it but anyone to ally to mark up the rate, saying it's the law to offer affordable warranty and making you sign a quick scribbled note with a sharpie, wasting over 3 hours in service department for oil change, s******* up previous tire rotations so now 5th tire cannot be rotated in, offering a specific offer while negotiating payments then taking it back, telling me miles don't matter on a lease and i shouldn't worry about it. It never ends with these guys. Nobody has a problem with a dealer trying to make a few bucks, but this dealer will absolutely bury you financially and lie to your face the whole time to get there. My fiance was Subprime the first time she went in and they lied on almost every. single. thing. that was told to us. I know this because i have a contact at Chrysler capital and after a very recent experience decided to do some digging. Our last deal done 15 months ago was "disgusting" according to the employee who saw the deal. Now we are stuck in this ally financial lease because the dealership wanted to make more money on a subprime buyer by marking up interest rates. Is it legal? Probably (it shouldn't be) but its HIGHLY immoral/unethical and i don't know how its legal to lie to people and mark up their rates and bury them by thousands of dollars. Lying to people to make money is by definition fraud. Unfortunately, they are good at what they do and do not put any of this in writing, its all verbal so you cannot take legal action against them. Disgusting tactics. Buyer beware.
