Read Complaint Details
Complaint: I recently purchased a vehicle from this location and upon leaving, they seized all communication lines with me. They neglected to tell me that they quickly painted over rust on the car on the rear right wheel well ($600 fix). They also did not tell me that the rear air shock on the right side was also broken ($1,200). Both of these items were not visible nor audible while test driving the car. I called them several times and they would not return phone calls. They claimed that these fixes where the result of "basic wear and tear" even though they both occurred within the first month of ownership. I am extremely dissatisfied with Gordie Boucher Nissan and their customer service.
Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay fully for all required fixes that were not disclosed to me upon the time of the sale. They fail to meet the implied warranty of merchantability by selling me a car that needs a lot of fixes.

Even though they claim to want to work with me on this situation, they will not answer phone calls or emails or call back. They also claim that there is nothing that they can do to fix it unless I am willing to pay full price for the repairs.
