If I could give no stars I would. This is the 2nd time I had horrible service. This time they didnt replace a lugnut key when they worked on my so I couldnt get my tire off when I needed brake pads ASAP. This caused a huge problem because it was the day before Thanksgiving. I called and the guy told me I cant help you. What do you mean I cant help you? This is beyond not okay. I would never ever ever buy another vehicle or get my car worked on there again.

Had a terrible experience with the service department. Had an issue with the drivers power seat, which I was quoted $1800.00 to repair as I was told the motor was going bad. The issue I had was an annoying squealing noise when moving the seat for and aft. After declining the quote to repair I investigated on my own with a possible solution being the drive cable that connects the motor to the drive on the right side. I called to order the cable which was $21.00 and installed it in less than 15 minutes and it completely resolved the issue. I have since returned to the dealer to discuss and express my displeasure of the technician not thoroughly troubleshooting the issue. The service writer had no good explanation other than hey sometimes they make mistakes. To me this is not a mistake, this is a commission or parts and service revenue driver for the dealer and to hell with the customer if they over pay for unnecessary repairs. I will not return to this location for service as they quite often quote repairs found during inspections and if I decline the inspection results are different at the next oil change with the previously quoted repairs not being needed. The very sad fact is Bergstrom owns all the dealers in the greater Appleton/ Green Bay Area.
